It's been awhile since my last blog, but a lot has happened since then. The building I was hoping to be moving into soon fell through. To explain a little: We had looked at a different building awhile back and took measurements and everything (it needed a lot of work), but on the same day we found out that the building next door was for sale but wasn't listed. It was completely renovated and was perfect. So we went with the other building. We had hit the busy season of the T & I for the sports business and had to wait until we where on the downhill side of things before we went through with the purchase. So mid April we started getting paperwork ready and was in full process. Well a couple of weeks later we had found out that the first building we had looked at had just sold to another photography business. We called them and told them that we were going to be neighbors. How awkward would that be and what are the chances that two photographers would be next to each other. She was signing the papers the next day and we were not far behind. Well after some thought and a lot of tears from me, we decided to back out. We felt it was the right thing to do since she was signing papers first. So we are back to square one and are looking again. Maybe to rent for now until we decide what we want to do.
With that I had bought two really cool LCD T.V's for the building we were getting and now since we are not moving in, I had to take them back. But as I walked in to Best Buy to the customer service center, I saw the best sign ever. MAC!!! They started selling Mac's three days ago and that was going to be my next purchase. So the refund I got for my T.V.'s went to my brand new 17' Mac Book Pro with a additional 24' LCD Computer Monitor. It is so cool! So we are in the process of making a switch from PC to Mac. YEAH!!!!! I will put a picture up of it later. I know have to go to boot camp for an hour. See you soon. More to come!
